Here’s what our staff have to say about working for us:

“The leadership team is recognized for its presence and support of staff members across different locations. Staff and managers appreciate having the opportunity to connect regularly with more senior operational leaders and appreciate the responsiveness of the leaders to their different needs (2022 CARF Survey Report).”

“Prior to this, I have been working as a PT back in the Philippines… I knew they would provide me with the best opportunities for professional growth through their support for obtaining education as well as available mentorship within the company (Louis L., Physiotherapist).”

“One of my favourite things over the past 12 years has been how incredibly committed and passionate they are about providing the most scientifically-updated and scientifically valid care for their clients (Jessica E., Physiotherapist).”

“I really enjoyed my mentorship and training… as a new grad OT, I knew I wanted a really structured training program. I didn’t want to feel like I was thrown in and left to my own devices (Kathleen T., Occupational Therapist).”

“The spirit here is very collaborative. The character of my co-workers is great. They are very vibrant and very enthusiastic. Another element in terms of what keeps me here is that I feel very heard. This comes at a co-worker level, as well as at mid-level management and upper level management (Sarah C., Occupational Therapist).”
